Problem Note 38597: Multiple Language Support (MLS) OLAP cubes migrated from SAS® 9.1.3 might generate errors in Cube Designer in SAS® 9.2
In SAS 9.2, if you attempt to edit a dimension for an OLAP cube using the Cube Designer wizard in SAS® OLAP Cube Studio, you might receive errors similar to the following when selecting to rebuild the cube on the Finish page of the wizard:
ERROR: The input column "Year" for level "Year" is missing from the input table.
ERROR: Cube "MLScube" cannot be created.
This error appears even though the column YEAR does exist on the input table, and the column is registered in metadata.
This problem will most likely occur for Multiple Language Support (MLS) cubes that have been migrated from SAS 9.1.3. The problem is caused by a change in the case of the text stored internally for the language codes.
To circumvent this problem, you must rebuild the OLAP cube in SAS 9.2 after migration and before making any modifications via the Cube Designer in SAS OLAP Cube Studio.
